Yet another year passed, now time for a compilation again to show how far I progressed. :D

2011 is a busy year for me, yes, a really busy one! My freelance career progressed well, well enough to have more than 100% improvement over the last year! But it's the opposite on art. I have lesser time to draw than ever. I have only 7 completed art, which only 4 of them is colored, 2 is toned and 1 is a single comic page. However, I have lots of WIP and sketches that I didn't have a chance to display here (either it's too bad or that I like to complete it one day, but I did upload some :)).

For the improvement, well, I must say that I didn't improve much from last year. Unlike the last year where my drawing is more simple, I actually try to draw a more detail this year. From a more accessories on characters to the first full background I have ever draw (it looked bad though :)). Another thing is maybe I got better in perspective now and I can do a more dynamic poses even it looked awkward sometime. But that's pretty much it.

Another thing, I actually have my first ever commercial job on illustration! Though I was hired simply because I'm working with that client (originally hired for a completely different job). But either way, I'm happy for that and it was probably my first ever fun and a different job for the whole year. :D

That's all for this year and now we moved to the new year, 2012. Happy new year for everyone who even bother to read this to the end! :D
